Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Healvi. The short version: Healvi helps you understand your health, it is not a doctor, and your data stays yours.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Healvi, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Healvi is not a doctor
Healvi provides health information, AI-generated explanations and wellness suggestions for educational purposes only. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or prescriptions, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider. In an emergency in India, call 112 or 108 immediately.
3. AI-generated content
AI features can make mistakes. Lab analyses, symptom insights, diet plans and chat responses must be verified with your doctor before acting on them. You use AI outputs at your own discretion.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old; accounts for minors should be managed by a parent or guardian.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Healvi — no attempts to breach security, scrape data, reverse-engineer the app, upload unlawful content, or use the service to harm others.
6. Your data
You own the health data you enter. By using Healvi you grant us permission to process it solely to provide the app's features, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and all data at any time from Profile → Delete Account.
7. Subscriptions
Healvi is free. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases and no paid tiers — every feature described in the app is available to everyone at no cost. If that ever changes, pricing and billing terms will be shown clearly before any purchase, and payments would be handled by the App Store or Play Store under their own terms.
8. Intellectual property
The Healvi app, brand, design and content are owned by Healvi. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
Healvi is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on information in the app, for service interruptions, or for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Termination
You may stop using Healvi at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by nature should survive — liability, intellectual property, and disputes — survive termination.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
